Bolt-on in the pickup bed — non-destructive installation

Hard-Top Truck Campers

A hard-top camper removes the lifting mechanism altogether. The roof is fixed, the body is a full-height insulated box, and the result is a unit that is always ready to sleep in — no setup, no canvas, nothing to deploy when it rains.

Two constructions are offered: FRP sandwich panels with a smooth painted finish, or one-piece bent and welded aluminium. Both carry two to three outward-pushing windows per side, and the window count can be adjusted when the order is placed.

Who this series is for

  • Dealers in cold and wet climates where canvas is a maintenance item
  • Buyers who want zero setup at camp
  • Fleet operators who want the simplest unit to hand over

How to choose within the series

01FRP or aluminium
FRP sandwich panels give a smooth painted look and an insulated core; aluminium gives a one-piece welded body that suits a more technical, off-road positioning.
02Window count
Two to three push-out windows per side are standard; the number is agreed when the order is placed rather than fixed by the model.
03Roof load
A fixed roof is a natural mounting surface — plan roof racks, air conditioning or solar when you confirm the specification.

Questions buyers ask about this series

Will your camper fit my pickup truck?

Yes — every body is custom-made to the vehicle. We support all pickup models: send the make, model, generation and bed dimensions (or flatbed/chassis dimensions for the T4 and T5), and we confirm the body length, mounting type and weight before you place an order.

Does installation damage my truck?

No. The bodies use non-destructive bolt-on installation: the unit mounts into the bed or onto the chassis without cutting or welding the vehicle, and can be removed again when the truck is changed. The T5 residence model bolts directly to the frame and is likewise reversible.

Manual or electric roof lifting — which should I choose?

Manual lifting with spring or hydraulic assist is standard across the pop-top range and is entirely adequate for the smaller bodies. Electric scissor lifting is optional on most models and is the recommended choice on the T4 flat-deck and T5 residence bodies, where the roof section is larger and heavier.

What is the difference between the aluminium and FRP models?

Both are produced in-house. The all-aluminium models (T1, T2, T6, H2 and the canopies) use welded construction and suit a technical, off-road positioning. The FRP models (T3, H1) use fiberglass sandwich composite with a smooth painted finish and an insulated core. Construction is an engineering choice per model, not a factory limitation.
