About TUYU Camper
A pickup camper factory that works to the buyer's specification
TUYU Camper is the pickup-camper line produced by Bbroot at its Qingdao production base in Shandong, China. We build camper bodies to the buyer's specification — any pickup model, any layout — and keep structure, assembly and parts supply in our own hands, from frame welding through to final assembly.
- Custom-made for any pickup model — interior, exterior and use case built to order
- Non-destructive installation: bolt-on bodies that mount and remove without cutting the truck
- All-aluminium welded construction or FRP sandwich composite, by model
- Factory-direct OEM/ODM with your own brand, decals and colour scheme

The company
Who stands behind the product
TUYU Camper is the truck-camper brand of Bbroot, produced at a dedicated camper manufacturing base in Qingdao, Shandong. The export team, the engineering office and the production line work from the same specification document — the one your order is written against.
What we make
Pickup truck campers — pop-top, hard-top and canopy bodies for pickup beds, plus hard-shell roof-top tents — built to order for importers, dealers and private-label brands.
Where we build
A dedicated camper production base in Qingdao, Shandong, with body welding, composite and aluminium assembly and interior fit-out under one roof.
How bodies are made
Welded all-aluminium construction on the off-road and residence models; FRP sandwich composite on the fiberglass models. Both routes are produced in-house rather than bought in as finished boxes.
How fitment works
Bodies are custom-made to the bed or chassis dimensions of the customer's pickup. Installation is non-destructive — bolt-on mounting without cutting the vehicle — so a body can be moved to the next truck.

Capability
What we control in-house
Structure, assembly and the parts supply for the models we sell. That is what makes a custom specification, an inspection visit and a repeat order practical.
Structure and bodywork
Integrated welding, panel bonding and box assembly are carried out in-house. Body tolerances, weld quality and insulation are controlled at the source instead of being bought in as finished boxes.
Full-pickup customisation
Any pickup model is supported: the body is made to the vehicle's bed or chassis data, and the interior functions, exterior styling and intended use case are configured per order.
Build to your specification
Bed dimensions, layout, colour scheme, equipment level and branding are confirmed against a written specification before production. The route is the same whether you order one evaluation unit or a full programme.
Parts stay available
Lift mechanisms, windows, hardware and service components come from the same production line as the complete units, so a fleet stays serviceable after the first delivery.
Inspection and documentation
Buyers receive progress records during production and access for third-party inspection before loading. Compliance documents are confirmed against the destination market for each configuration.
Two construction routes
Aluminium and FRP sandwich production sit side by side, so the construction material is an engineering choice per model rather than a limitation of the factory.
Working with us
How a project runs from first message to after sales
- 01
Specification
You send the pickup details (make, model, generation, bed or chassis dimensions), the target market and the equipment list. We return a written specification naming the model and the options that apply.
- 02
Quotation
Quotation is issued against the confirmed specification, quantity and destination port. Lead time is stated against that order volume rather than as a fixed number of days.
- 03
Production
Production starts against the approved specification and artwork — body fabrication, interior fit-out, then final assembly. You receive progress records at the agreed checkpoints.
- 04
Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection is carried out, either by your own inspector or a third-party company, before the units are loaded.
- 05
Shipping
Units ship assembled or in shipping configuration according to the model and how you want to receive them at the destination. Roof-top tents containerise as flat packs.
- 06
After sales
Recommended spares kits ship with the first order, and additional parts — lift mechanisms, windows, hardware — are supplied from the same line when your fleet needs them.
Company information
Facts we publish only when they can be verified
This profile is written from what the factory does rather than from numbers we cannot document. Specific figures — floor area, headcount, annual output, export record — and certification documents are added to this page once the business owner has verified them. Ask us directly for anything you need for your own due diligence.
Currently pending verification
Dimension and weight tables per model
The configuration catalogue describes construction and options but carries no dimensional data. Exact L/W/H, bed fitment ranges and dry weights come with the datasheet per model.
Certification documents for destination markets
Only claim certificates that can be produced as documents. Confirm per market before publishing a certification list.
Factory figures (floor area, headcount, annual output, export record)
Company profile text is drafted and uses structural facts only. Numeric figures are added once verified against factory documents.
Photo-to-model mapping review
Photography comes from the product catalogue; each model page should be checked against the printed catalogue to confirm the photo matches the model it sits on.
Ask us for the specification sheet
Send your market and the models you are considering, and we reply with the specification, options and the documents we can supply for that configuration.
